Greetings DHIS2 community:
LogicalOutcomes configuration team @Georgi and @Kristiyan_Panayotov (Bulgaria) are beginning a massive translation effort for an international development client (various sectors serving 7 countries in Africa). Multi-sector multi program multi-language (French, Spanish, Portuguese). Fun!
We are wondering:
(1) any advancements in metadata export process (we will work from json to excel cleaning up errors, sharing with translator, back to json for import).
We are planning to also use AI to provide initial round of translations and import, as a starting point.
(2) bulk importing translated items are there any improvements or guidance the community can share? Has someone made an app? Is there an expert out there?
We can hire a translation expert to support this work in April-May; please be in touch if this interests you (I will also post in the marketplace thread).
