Sara is LogicalOutcomes DHIS2 Project Manager; since 2016 working closely with consultants based in the EU and Africa. Sara has contributed to over 20 projects from pilot to implementation, for charities and NGOs working mostly in Africa and South America. Sara is based in Toronto, Canada.
