Hi can I ask how do the customised layouts for dhis2 dashboards or data entry form. for an example the one in the attched image.

If you’re looking for something customized as the above, I think you will need to use a custom app, yes, however, there are other tools that you could utilize depending on your requirements and use case:

Flexiportal: FlexiPortal Manager helps you create customized public facing dashboard that are customizable. (DHIS2 FlexiPortal Apps)

Rich Text and Video Dashboard Widget: DHIS2 Rich Text and Video Dashboard Widget

I’m not sure which app Uganda used in the Dashboard app but if it’s in an opensource repository, you will be able to use that and install it to your instance.
