Yes, thanks! We do need to get more info from the logs. Please share the import summary - follow this guide https://community.dhis2.org/t/what-to-do-when-an-error-happens-how-to-check-the-import-summary/36199
Please make sure you clear the cache. If you use Guest mode, do you see still this issue? If not then the issue is a cache issue.
