Tracker capture loading slow and program rule is not working

We just started implementing one of the largest “Urban HIS’ tracker implementations, and one of the major parts is on Android. Unfortunately, we are having issues with the Android TAB being in use. I need your suggestions and tuning tips to overcome those issues.

  1. The patient dashboard and stage loading are very slow. 3 minutes around. In the browser, on the same tab took 1-3 seconds.
  2. Program rules are not executing on TAB (Android), whether they are working on the browser on TAB.

The technical detail of the TAB:

What is the organization unit assigned for the user, please check on tab assigning single organization unit.

Hello @Hannan .

Is your program very complex in terms of data elements and/or program rules? The load of that dashboard will heavily depend on that, but it seems your Android Tablet is a mid-end device and should be able to deal with it.

Regarding the program rules. Can you please explain which ones are not working? Also, if possible, do you have a testing instance where we could conect? If yes, please send credentials via PM.
