I am an IT Professional working in the area of Health Informatics for more than 11 years. I am leading and coordinating local and international teams to implement District Health Information System (DHIS2) in Bangladesh which is one of the largest DHIS2 implementation in the world. I am also helping the Ministry of Health and Family welfare (MoHFW) of Bangladesh to strengthen routine health information systems by implementing various internationally accepted Open Source software systems like Open Medical Record System (OpenMRS) and Open Smart Registry Platform (OpenSRP). Our DHIS2 initiative already gets international recognition; MoHFW already received the ‘Best practice’ award by German Ministry of Economic Development and cooperation (BMZ) in 2014.

I am working for more than 25 years in the field of Information Technology (IT) especially in IT Consultancy, Project management, IT project management & implementation.
