The downloaded events appear as headers only, with no data

Hello everyone. I’m facing with a problem in event downloading. The problem is when we want to download the events from tracker program (I don’t have an event program to doing test on it) the xls, csv or html file came with the selected data element headers only without data. please see attached photos.
NB: the problem appears in table layout only (there is no problem with “plain data source”)

Please check what are the system language settings for database and interface?

Is there a way you can import dummy data using the Import / Export app and share it so we could try to import it into the play instance and see if the issue is reproduced?
