Program not displaying on the tracker capture page

Dear all,

I have created a new program in tracker but does not show up under program in tracker capture.

I have run analytics and cleared cache but nothing yet. After a day it sometimes appears again but currently its not showing yet I need to test data entry.

Anyone who has experienced the same?

Please help.

Dear Bridget,

You need to assign the program to a role you are using for tracker data entry.

Now it added by going to User and roles app, edit the role and add the program.

Hi Bridget,

In addition to giving access to the user you also need to assign the program to the orgunits that shall use the program. You’ll find that in the program context menu (dropdown) for your program.
