Hi everyone, we are two weeks in to a pilot of DHIS2 – and have data submitted for various org units but whenever I try and view reports/table/pivots am told “No organization unit levels found” – I then go in and select them in the UI along with the data elements and reporting periods but still end up with blank tables. Any idea on what I’m doing wrong?

Hi Rich,
My guess is you have not gone to Organisation Units → Organisation Unit Level. Once there, you can keep the Level1, Level 2 labels or change to something more useful. Then save. After this, you would have to regenerate Analytics before you can use Pivot tables and the other outputs.

Hi Knut – I hadn’t saved the Organization Units yet. I’ve done that now and don’t receive that error anymore – thanks!
There is still no data though – I’m guessing from your message that’s because I haven’t generated analytics yet – how do I do that?

You will find Analytics as the last option in the left hand menu under Reports (provided you have sufficient privileges).
