I just want to make sure that there is no way to introduce individual data when the internet connection is lost and send it when the connection is back (in the same way that is done with aggregate data).

You are right, there is no offline support in Tracker data entry. We plan to support this in 2.11 for the single event without registration program type.

The mobile java client supports offline dataentry, but the user interface is a bit specific to a certain use case (so we are are making a new mobile java client which will have richer functionality).

Thanks for the explanation. It is such a good news that it will be supported in 2.11. And I really want to see the new java client as well.
