Hi everyone!
The DHIS2 team has been working on a new app for individual analysis, bringing together the best of Event Reports and Line Listing, along with new functionality.
Over the past few months, we’ve conducted several rounds of design and testing. We are now in the final phase, and are looking to validate whether the app supports real user workflows effectively before release.
This is where we need your help!
Who we’re looking to speak to
We’d love to hear from end users who:
- Regularly analyse data using DHIS2
- Use Event Reports and/or Line Listing
- Work at district, national, or program level (e.g., M&E officers, program managers)
If you are an implementer/system admin, feel free to share this with relevant end users in your network.
What the session involves
- A 60-minute remote session (GMeet)
- You’ll try a few typical workflows (e.g., creating line lists, pivot tables)
This is not a test; there are no right or wrong answers. We’re interested in how you naturally use the app, and whether the app supports your workflow.
When
Sessions will take place between 27th of April to 8th of May.
Why participate
- Help shape the app before it is released
- Ensure it aligns with real-world workflows and expectations
- Get an inside look at how DHIS2 analytics is evolving
- Receive a CoP UX/UI Contributor badge as a token of appreciation
How to sign up
Fill out this short form: Help shape the new app for Individual Analysis : UX Tester Sign-up Form
We’ll review responses and reach out to selected participants to schedule sessions.
Even if we can’t include you this time, we may contact you for future studies.
A note
This is a 1:1 session (not a focus group), designed to give space for a deeper conversation.
Thank you for helping us build a better DHIS2 experience!
