need some urgent help

Hi All,

I am still having some problems with creating indicators. When I
create the numerator and denominator and save it I get this error
message: An exception occurred Sorry! The system failed to execute the
operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by
going back to the previous page.again. I have clear the cache and
browsing history and still getting the same message.

Hi Stephen,

Do you have access to the tomcat log?
If so, take a look there to see what causes the error.

Which version are you running?
