Hello,

I am Justo, the newest member of this group.

I am a graduate student interested in using DHIS2 in cholera surveillance in Kenya. I hope to find out if the Ministry of Health can adopt the system and influence its impact on Cholera Endgame by 2030. I work for the Kenya Medical Research Institute graduate school as a Grants committee member with the mandate of mobilizing resources for targeted Health research and in the process mentor a more impactful workforce.

I am Dr Zana Somda from Burkina Faso. I am based in Atlanta, Gorgia (USA), working as a Principal Technical Consultant in the areas of health economics, health financing, and monitoring and evaluation. The main purpose of my involvement in this course is to expand my knowledge and skills in digital health technologies that link national priorities diseases and health conditions to health financial, human resources, and supply chain data. Explicitly, I am interested in DHIS2 to partner with developers and program implementers to create an interoperability layer vis-à-vis to these systems allowing increased visibility and transparency of the flow of information and data for decision making in near real time from the primary care facility at the national level. I look forward to learning from this group.
