Important Bugs in Individual records.

Hi,

Since the last week I reported in Dhis2-users
about some problems that it has been happening with individual records in
version 2.12, revision 11296 /11306
(tested in Firefox, chrome and internet explorer). But like I have not
received response then I am reporting the bugs again.

When DHIS is accessed for first time to an
individual form (program), this doesn’t change the textbox to green and doesn’t
save the information. On the second attempt works well.
in “Visit Schedule” option doesn’t
show the people or visits in status ‘completed’ and the same when is chosen in
status to ‘all’.
When are posted comments with more than 255
characters this allow add them and view them without problem, but not save .
I don´t know why sometime after that
register a person in some program, this doesn’t display the tab ‘Data entry
screen’.
On the ‘full name’ column of the person list
displays the person document.

Appreciate your cooperation as some people have
not been Able to Work with DHIS here in the Departmental Health Secretariat of
Cauca (Colombia).

Hi Helder,

Sorry for the late response from our side. Please could you support your bug reports with some step by step explanations on what you are doing to reproduce these problems, and also attach some screenshots to explain (at least for 1, 3, and 5). Then I will try to go through all these tomorrow and test on my side.

And as always, if you have time, we would appreciate if you could use our bug report process at launchpad.

Devs will get back to you on this one. Just a quick question, do you get the same issue when you use a local instance on your laptop?

I’ll need to do more testing on this one.

Sounds like a bug we need to fix.

This is most likely related to access. Are you sure the selected orgunit has been assigned to the program?

If not, make sure to clear the browser cache and try again. If you have logged on to the system with multiple users with different user roles you might have confused the browser.

On the ‘full name’ column of the person list displays the person document. (5:46 minute)

If you look at the selected attribute/identifiers list in the add/edit page for your program there is a column for Display is list. If this is ticked for your identifier (person document number) it will replace the full name in the person list.

We will introduce a more flexible configuratiln for this in 2.13.

Hi again,

I did all test in my PC, Server and the demo of sierra leona, also I used firefox, Internet explorer and chrome(incognito mode) and cleaned the cache, temporal files Etc. finally I found these.

1) We are using a css style to improve the textBox and this is causing el bug. Then, How can i using a css file?.

2) this is definitely a bug, I tested in the demo of sierra leona and it didn´t work .

3) similarly like the previous, I tested in the demo of sierra leona and it didn´t work.

4) I hope a new revision.

5) we don't have any attribute/identifiers selected in the program, I attached a print screen.

OK. Good to know that the standard data entry is OK at least. I'll let
others contribute here on how to put you own css in the data entry form.

This bug is not on the latest version of 2.12 (DHIS2 App Hub

).

I have tested this now and cannot reproduce this. Please provide a step by
step explanation that I can follow to reproduce this bug on
http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/

- I can see all, complete, incomplete etc in the visit schedule and when I
make changes to those stages in dashboard I can get updated lists in Visit
Schedule.
All seem to work as expected.

3) similarly like the previous, I tested in the demo of sierra leona and

4) I hope a new revision.

Again , please write down the steps (no video needed) I need to follow to

reproduce this on DHIS2 App Hub
Also indicate which user you are using.

Hi Ola,
I tested all the bugs In DHIS's demo and could replicate three.
Information
of the tests:

Server:
Personal PC, Official Server of the Secretariat, Demo Online Dhis,

Version:
2.12, revision 11314

All Temporal
files internet and cookies was deteled;

Browser:
Firefox, chrome(incognito mode), Internet explorer.
Results:

First Bug: When I accessed by fist time, DHIS doesn’t
save the information of the form (it doesn’t change the color to Text Box). Without CCS File same this doesn’t work the problem persists.
Second Bug: there exist
four people registered in the program “Test Program”, but only display two in
Visit schedule. (should display to “prueba”). I think that this happened after of enroll more than
two person in the same program.
Five Bug: When I
create a person with identification in the person management list doesn´t show
el Full name, but when I create it without identification this is showed well.
This doesn’t have relation with program settings.
All this bugs is described in the file attached.
