The metadata that I try to import are attached at annex metaData.xml.zip.
Yes, there are some names like ‘<validationRule name="max nº …’,
but, in second image the problem is in the “<categoryOptionCombo
created="2013-02-20T15:51:17.384+0000" id="jCGmBLM1JHQ"
lastUpdated="2013-02-20T15:51:17.384+0000" name="(default)"/>”.
In this case, may the “funny characters”, the cause of my problem?

but, at point 2, the “Data element category options” were not imported, may
this be related with the problem?
Based on your experience, I may be doing something wrong with Import/Export
of metadata?
