IMPORT ERROR: No enum constant org.hisp.dhis.common.ValueType.Value type

Hi, not sure if this is the issue but see this post:

Data types in 2.31 for metadata import (TRUE_ONLY)

Have others had trouble importing DEs with the value type TRUE_ONLY? [Screen Shot 2020-04-14 at 2.23.10 PM]

It had to do with the order of columns.
