Data types in 2.31 for metadata import (TRUE_ONLY)

Have others had trouble importing DEs with the value type TRUE_ONLY?

I had it yesterday, and I reordered the columns of the CSV file to the right order as in documentation and the error disappeared and the DEs imported.
I attached an excel file you can use.
