When i have reopen completed case error showing Failed to update the enrollment in the server

There are many things that can cause this error depending on the configuration, authorities, and even the server setup. The import summary give you more details to why the issue is occurring. Community members have contributed with a guide, What to do when an error happens? How to check the import summary?

In addition to getting the error above, would you please try the following steps:

  1. Login in your browser using Guest Mode
  2. Check that the user has the proper capture and view authorities for the program, Tracked Entity type as well as the OU that you are trying to enroll the TE into
  3. Please double check the enrollment settings in the program:

    Are you violating any of the rules in the enrollment settings?

After checking the metadata configuration, please perform the following:
4. Data Administration app → run analytics tables export
5. Data Administration app → Maintenance → Clear application cache & reload apps
6. Make sure you are using the latest Capture app, reproduce the steps

If you still get the error again, please get the error log. We may eventually ask you to share the Catalina.out log (without authentication / sensitive info) if it’s a server issue.

Finally, please share the version of the DHIS2 instance you are using.
