Thank you for your question. If you would like real time presentation of the data and visualizations then the best option is to actually present it using the Slideshow feature: Dashboard app v100.4 is now available - Improved UX and DB Slideshow
You can present the dashboard in a presentation format if you use that feature while ensuring that the data is up to date.
