does the name-based module support programs like TB and HIV/AIDS?

Hi all,

I was wondering if TB and HIV/AIDS are supported with the name-based module of DHIS2?

I just checked the demo, it appears they are not… though sure.

If not supporting, I am thinking of initiating it as a student project. you can also suggest new use-cases - if you have one.

I think the tracker function should be good for tracking patients with TB and HIV/AIDS, even as it is today.

Which specific features are you thinking about? Much of the current ongoing work is regarding ANC and child health programs, but I think many of the improvements are also relevant for more general HIV/AIDS and TB programs. We're at least doing our best to keep it generic, but as you know it is not always easy to see all contexts.

It would be good to have more discussions on requirements for the tracker, so I hope your email gets lots of responses, and that it might be one or more student projects.

Hi Abyot,

It is supported.

You can use the repeatable feature of program stages.

I know Zeferino set up TB in Guinea Bissau.

But not implemented/shown clwarly in the demo unfortunately.
