DHIS2 Android APP does not sync to DHIS2 in local instance if there is no internet

Dear All,

I am reaching out for technical assistance regarding an issue we are encountering with data synchronization between our Android application and the DHIS2 instance installed on our local network. Specifically, we are facing difficulties when attempting to sync data during periods of internet outage.

While our application functions smoothly when internet connectivity is available, we encounter a roadblock when the connection is interrupted. Despite being within the local network, our tablet is unable to transmit data to the local server. This inconsistency is perplexing, as one would expect seamless synchronization within the confines of our local network.

I am eager to hear from anyone who has encountered a similar challenge. Is this a known issue within the DHIS2 community? And more importantly, what steps can we take to resolve this issue?

Any assistance or insights provided would be immensely valuable.
