I have three quick questions I’m hoping you could help with. The questions might seem very basic, but I would appreciate your help:
· How do you populate the data after data entry into the pivot tables? Data that has been entered and then used in a chart is available in the pivot tables, but the rest of the entered data is not.
· Is there a function to update the charts automatically? For example, if a chart could automatically update with further data entry. (A chart of Jan-May would automatically update when the June data is entered). Is it possible to have this chart update in the dashboard as well?
· Also on the dashboard, how are documents uploaded to the document box?

Good question. The datamart is not user-dependent so all users use the same datamart. One way to simplify datamart exports is to save them, so that you do not have to make all the data selections again and again. I am sure you have also noticed that in the datamart you can query for aggregated data on orgunits (up the hierarchy) or periods.
If you are an admin user you can go to Maintenance->Data Administration->Maintenance and use “clear aggregated data values” and “clear aggregated indicator values” to empty the datamart if needed.

Hi,
maybe a little confusing but you can add them under “static report” in the reporting module. Then click the icon to add them to your personal dashboard.
