Date format in SMS program notification

Dear All

We setting up COVID19 SMS notification using DHIS2 v33. The data format we use os dd-mm-yyyy. But on the SMS it showing yyyy-mm-dd. How can I change the SMS date format?
Is it possible to extract only date from datetime field in the SMS program notification?

Need immidiate help.
