Data not appearing in the pivot table after getting the response

We have a data element of type “TEXT” and using that to collect date of type(DD/MM/YYYY and DD-MM-YYYY)

As you can see i am getting the data in the response but it is not populating in the pivot table. Can someone help me why this doesn’t work. Thanks.

Thanks for the response @jomutsani, but if type text won’t be visible it shouldn’t come in the response as well.
