Custom program stage print form

Hello

Is there any way to customize the layout and fields to display in printed forms within any program or stage.

To make it clear, I’d like to customize the report that is shown when, in tracker capture, you click that light blue button ‘Print form’ (next to the red ‘Delete’ button), and also the whole Program report (blue ‘Print’ button)
