I am having a challenge to generate an event report that includes any data element connected to an Option-set for any Program stage. The logs don’t show-up anything specific. The event report just keep running (see the image). I downloaded the latest Json file for the COVID-19 , it is still the same case. However, if you log on COVID demo, you won’t find the behavior. I checked user-group sharing and user roles are just okay.

Hi @sele,
Updating sortOrder of that option set will solve the problem. Just re-set the sort order of all options to have correct increasing sequence (beginning with 1 and so on …)
