Early on in January 2025 there was a bug regarding the retrieval of data for the start of the year 2025 and the issue got fixed and prioritized.
Thanks to all the community members who found this as a place to reach out. This made the topic (Capture Data not reflecting on analytics app - #23 by Stephan_Mestach) the top and most active topic of the month.
You can read more about the issue and its fix here: Jira - for those using versions older than 2.39 will need to upgrade their instance if they face this issue.
