Would you mind sharing more context of the scenarios when the app is no longer working as expected? There are times when cache is quite stubborn and does require manual browser cleaning (empty cache and hard reload).
Using the browser Guest mode (which has new cache for each session) helps figuring out if the issue is cache or something else.
If you could pin-point when exactly specific pain areas happen that are resolved only when using the manual clearing of the browser cache..etc, it would help a lot to address it.
