Please Help, I upgraded to version 2.33 and later downgraded to version 2.30 based on the client request.
Later on, the system was upgraded to 2.33 again. Now everything is working with the exception of the capture. anytime the capture button is clicked it throws the error above.
Find attached the DHIS log file.

Sounds like a database upgrade error - see Re: Error running the Analytics tables : Mailing list archive : dhis2-users team in Launchpad

Can you roll back to a database backup from before the database upgrades?
