Then open console and network tabs, check what is the response from server. I believe there might be something connected to the rights and permissions

Hello @ataallah,
Have a closer look at the Value Type of your data elements. You may have set them to something like Text when you actually wanted Integer etc.
Update any badly set type, clear cache and refresh the page.

2.40.6 looks like the “latest and greatest” version, you can perhaps test this on separate server and see if helps ?

I just run the Analytic manually, before that i run the maintenance and clear everything, and generate resources table and Analytic table. But “analytics_enrollment_ser4uhjtj2c” does not exist " this table is not generated.
Please help me.

Hi,
I found in another post a solution (Edit: in fact the info was in the JIRA ticket mentionned by Gassim) saying that the reporting rates for datasets are working after having data entered for the second week of january (6th to 13th of January).
In our instance, I had no reporting rates after typing data for week1 for our datasets (Week1 is from 30th of December to 5th of January), even after generating resource tables and analytics.
After entering data for Week 2, and generating resources tables and ananlytics and reporting rates are working again for datasets.

Event Report Filter Couldn’t Show Reports after January 1,2025. Since January 1,2025 Event Reports and Event Visualizer couldn’t generate reports even if its registered on tracker application, i have done maintenance and sync Analytics tables but not successful. Is there any updates

Thank you for the feedback. Sorry that you’re facing this issue. Also, since you are using an older version of DHIS2 you might want to consider upgrading to one of the latest supported versions of DHIS2 (https://dhis2.org/downloads/) especially so you can also update to the next release and receive the fix.
