Capture Data not reflecting on analytics app

Hello all, Happy New Year!
Please I have an issue. Data has been entered for 2025 on my capture app, but I can’t view it on any of the analytics apps. I’ve run analytics but no change.

Data is showing for some communities in the same parent. what could the issue be?

a lot of thing can go side ways : analytics · GitHub
you can perhaps check that list

in your specific case

  • does the analytics has regenerated the _periodstructure view with 2025
  • if it’s a tracker, does the data is with a date in futur ?

Hello, thanks for your response! How do I check this?

Maintenance > Other > SQL View

then create a new sql view (in mode query)
select * from _periodstructure

then consult the data

which should show you something like

then look for 2025 or download and find the periods you are interested in.

if they are not there look at regenerating the resource tables

As @Stephan_Mestach mentions, there are many reasons why the data may not appear even after running analytics. Its always good to try incognito/private mode in your browser, just to be sure that there are no caching effects in play. Another possibility is the server side analytics cache. Check this by going to System settings > Analytics and check the value for “Cache strategy”. If you are trying to view an analytics resource which was generated before the latest analytics refresh but which is younger than the “Cache strategy” value, then you will see the “old” data. You can clear out the analytics server cache by going to Data Administration > Maintenance . Tick “Clear application cache” and press “Perform maintenance”.

If none of that works, then we might need more info. Good luck!

Best regards,
Jason

Good day, I am facing the same problem. Failing to update into analytics tables data for for 2025W1 which has been captured for 2024-12-30 to 2025-01-05. I The _periodstructure table has been updated with 2025W1 to 2025W40 data.

The DHI2 version that i am using is 2.40.3.

The reporting rate for Week 1 (2024-12-30 to 2025-01-05) is showing 0% for all provinces and districts. Data Entry Officers are posting the data. How can I resolve this issue??

At the beginning of 2025, when using version 2.34.7, the data related to the Tracker Program is successfully migrated (analytic table), while the data related to the Event Program is not migrated .(analytic table) The migration process completes without any errors. What is the solution?

Good day @Stephan_Mestach,

For me it is aggregate data

I am also facing the same with our DHIS 2, all the data captured for this period is visible from both the pivot tables and dataset reports but when it comes to reporting rates its showing zeros

Data from 2025 are not showing in the event report, even after running the analytics table successfully without any errors or warnings, but on the other side for the tracker data everything is showing correctly.

I THINK the problem arises because the 1st day of the week is in 2024 and not 2025. Unfortunately I do not know how to solve this problem

Hi @ataallah

Recently there was a post, where it suggested to clear all analytical tables and clear apps caches, then regenerate first resource tables then run analytical tables.

Hope it will help you
