I am using DHIS2 version 2.34.1 but create standard report form cannot be loaded. Can anyone help me?

Regarding the third point - Chrome / Firefox has a feature called Developer-tools. you can enable that like below. and then you may get more information on what’s happening during that time.
At console tab right side, you may be getting some error
Does it make any difference if you open the page in an incognito window (Press ctrl-shift-n then enter the URL and try again)?
I just want to establish whether this is a cache issue.
Please post the tomcat logs at around the time of the page load.

Nothing so far suspicious in your console logs.
Tomcat logs is hinting 304 error. Are you using nginx?

How about you send us complete tomcat logs.

Restart dhis2 once to see it’s not a one-time issue.
I think the 304 is just a report that there was no need to get the resources again - they are cached.
I would clear the browser cache completely, then check the logs, but agree, we would need more of the log - perhaps restart the server, access reports and post the logs from the beginning of that server restart.

On the surface, I don’t see any issues there at all - the 304s are simply confirming that the client has a copy of the content and doesn’t have to get a new copy (they would be 200s otherwise). There are a few 200s and the only 404s are for the logo banner which won’t cause issues.
The log you’re posting, is the http access log. I think the catalina log would be useful to highlight any other underlying issues that could be causing this. Reboot the server, then access the reporting app, then on the server look for the log catalina.out log file and post the log entries from around the time the server was started up.
Also, it would be useful to see your server.xml config file (exclude any sensitive data such as passwords for java key stores if you use them)… and finally your dhis.conf file (without passwords).

Note:
I tried to download DHIS2 2.29 and DHIS2 2.35 to check if it will work or not, for the DHIS2 2.29 the create a standard report process it works well. However, for DHIS2 2.35 it did not work as DHIS2 2.34.1. But I want to figure out why this issue happens so I can use the update version with DHIS2.

Hello @SaadAlmageedy I still think it’s a minor configuration/network related issue. You an check out play dhis2 2.35 it works actually.

Did you by any chance downgraded dhis2 war file before getting this problem?

Can you give the IP Address instead of localhost in the dhis2.conf ?
(eg: 192.168.56.251:8080/dhis) -
Where did you place the war file? can you tell the location under tomcat
I may have a chance to take a closer look later today.

Hello @jthomas, Yes, I know that the create standard report works on play dhis2 2.35, that’s why I got confused and the answers for your questions are:
1- No I didn’t.
2- The same issue happens when I change to the IP address.
3- this is the path for the war file “C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 9.0_Tomcat9_DHIS2\webapps”

Hello @SaadAlmageedy so few things note here is
- What’s the RAM of your system, can we try increasing JAVA_OPTS to a bit higher values than 128 and 512
export JAVA_OPTS='-Xmx2048m -Xms1024m'
- You are using windows, and Oracle Java perhaps. Is it possible to use openJDK as it’s the recommended and probably tested one, Install OpenJDK and change the paths temporarily to see whether issue is related to that.

Hi @jthomas I did what you asked but unfortunately the issue is still remaining.
- The RAM is 8GB, and I increased the JAVA_OPTS to 512 but still.
- I downloaded openJDK and change the paths but still.
Can you share me the following parameters from setenv.bat from your tomcat
