Did you set in env variables? Kindly tell me how you set JAVA_HOME and JAVA_OPTS and paste that content here
Yes, I set them in the env variables.
JAVA_HOME:
C:\Redhat-OpenJDK-8\java-1.8.0
JAVA_OPTS:
-Xms2048m -Xmx1024m -XX:PermSize=256m -XX:MaxPermSize=768m

Did you solve this yet? If your instance is new, can you try to do this. Open Pivot table and create one random table. Then save it as Favourite with a random name. After that come back to the standard report and try again to see.
