Browser Cache Cleaner stuck on loading ... or not clearing caches

I have 1 tab open and I tried to clear my browser cache and it did not respond. I closed the browser completely and opened a fresh instance (usually in incognito mode)

Please try again using the Data Administration tab → Maintenance page, Clear application cache and Reload apps. Then open in Incognito mode (it’s even better if you open in Guest mode!)

Also to note that the browser cache cleaner app used to work even with multiple tabs open in the past. Not sure what has changed.

I think Gassim’s diagnosis is right, and I think that the fix for you will be pretty easy – since the issue only appears in Chrome, if you visit the app and perform a “hard reload”, it should fix the app in Chrome for you. You can hard reload by using Cmd-Shift-R on Mac or Ctrl-Shift-R on other operating systems, or right-clicking on the reload button while the browser developer tools are open, which is how I got this screenshot: [Hard reload options] The issue is caused …
