blank page

Hi,

Iam trying to upgrade my system from DHIS 2.10 to 2.13 but when I browse the home page I get a blank page.

Please help me to resolve this.See the attached sreen shot

Hi,

Are you trying to go directly from 2.10 to 2.13? I doubt that will work. Try 2.11 first, then 2.12.

You need to look in the tomcat log to see what went wrong at startup.

What is the name of the WAR file? if you are using tomcat, and you want it at that location… it must be named ROOT.war, if you downloaded dhis.war and started the server, it should be localhost:8080/dhis

Hi Joseph,

$DHIS2_HOME contains hibernate.property file must be configured with proper dhis2 database instance installed along

with apporiate user name and password. No problem you can call dhis2 application login page with localhost:8080
