An error occurs, while editing a program attributes data for modified option set

Dear Buddies,
While I change or modify the Program attribute data value option set, it shows error message as:
(“Error in update
Fail to update the tracked entity instance in the server.
An error occurred. please check import summary.”)

After the Option set category changed(same data type), while I edit program attributes data value option it shows. Pls kindly help me.

Could you share the import summary? (What to do when an error happens? How to check the import summary?
