Why does my dhis2 setup return to default after I restart the server?

Hello again Community!

Right after rebooting my server or restarting Tomcat, I lose all my settings, including appearance and user settings and I have to start afresh. Does anyone know the cause and/or a simple solution to this?

Thanks,

Adam

Hi Adam,

You are not connected to a Postgres database. Please go to Profile -> About DHIS2 and check your database connection.

This conversation will be temporarily migrated to my other question:

  • How do I change databases in dhis2?

The final solution will be posted back for future reference.

Thank you all,

Adam
