Which countries are available to use the DHIS website, where is the URL information?

I want to find information about malaria cases in some countries, but I don’t know where to look for the website. Can someone tell me?

As to answer your question, you kind of asked two questions:

You can check out the DHIS2 Interactive map to which countries are using DHIS2:

For your second question, I found this WHO Malaria Threat Map which is also interactive.

Thank you very much for your answer.I didn’t know what to do with that data, so I wanted to find a site where I could query the data directly, like hiskenya.org, etc. Do you know where I can find these websites?Thank you very much again.
