Dear Lin,
When you use the relationship option, you need to have two programs one main and the other child. To choose program to relate to at "Program for new relative to be enrolled in *" you need to have another program with registration, seems you dont other programs with registration in your instance.

Take an example below, we need to register a household and relate household to a household member program. So we create two program with registration
Then in editing the Household program, we pick Household members as the Program for new relative to be enrolled in.

the developing version of dhis2 has some problem, when I add a program with registration, the relative section must do some choose, if not ,can’t save, but the online demo can do.
