I have a section with a very simple table, namely number of orphans broken down by boys an girls. However, the two form fields do not show up, just the labels. What could be wrong?

We are also facing the same challenge with a new dataset we have created with version 2.11. I actually thought it was because of many categories we used.

I had a similar problem… when I changed form types from custom to section. In the end I had to create a new dataset and it worked ok.
