Dear Perez,

You could try a look at DHIS2 Hosting or You will need a Good VPS if you are comfortable with configuring the environment suitable for DHIS2 Hosting. We have been installing our DHIS2 Apps in some VPS provided by Contabo VPS. With VPS, you have FULL control of the Server (Restart, Install Packages etc).
