Actually i need datavalue set from dhis2 api. i got some information about it from web api documentation chapter. but 30. but when am go through the link http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/api/dataValueSets , that link is not working, can you please tell me how i will get datavalueset from api.

Can you provide the link to the section in the manual that you are looking at?
For the Web API, I recommend you read the developer guide.

The link you include below works fine, but complains about a missing parameter. You need to include the dataSet, like this:
https://apps.dhis2.org/demo/api/dataValueSets?dataSet=pBOMPrpg1QX&period=201401&orgUnit=DiszpKrYNg8
