I have added new data elements to a program stage and there is data already collected but when I try to visualize data of these new DES in the event report, I get the following error:
To the best of my knowledge, adding new data elements to a program shouldn’t cause a problem; however, there might be some cache/configuration issues to check.
Please go to Data Administration app, and from the Maintenance view, select the options selected in the screenshot below:
I ticked all checkboxes as suggested above and ran analytics export. I get the same error as above (processing aborted), but in the event reports I get the following message:
I’m sorry to hear this. Without the debugging info and logs, it will be difficult to figure out what’s really going on; additionally, it could be specific to your database since it is referencing a table that doesn’t exist. However, if you are able to reproduce this issue in any of the play.dhis2.org instances then it’ll help a lot.
