Visualization Problem: Error trying to display data of new added DEs

Hi everyone,

I have added new data elements to a program stage and there is data already collected but when I try to visualize data of these new DES in the event report, I get the following error:

We have in our DHIS2 a scheduled job to run analytics at 3 AM every day.

I tried to run analytics manually several times. It starts but after some minutes, I see:

The DHIS2 version is 2.41.3.1

Note: For other DEs that were there before adding new DEs, I can see the data. The problem is with the new data elements.

To the best of my knowledge, adding new data elements to a program shouldn’t cause a problem; however, there might be some cache/configuration issues to check.

Please go to Data Administration app, and from the Maintenance view, select the options selected in the screenshot below:

After that from the Analytics Tables view, click on Export Tables, and then please share the log if there are any errors.

If there are no errors, then please share the entire Catalina.out log (without sensitive/authentication info).

I ticked all checkboxes as suggested above and ran analytics export. I get the same error as above (processing aborted), but in the event reports I get the following message:

I do not have access to the server, so I can not share the Catalina log.

I’m sorry to hear this. Without the debugging info and logs, it will be difficult to figure out what’s really going on; additionally, it could be specific to your database since it is referencing a table that doesn’t exist. However, if you are able to reproduce this issue in any of the play.dhis2.org instances then it’ll help a lot.
