I’ve been failing to sync data on version 3.1.1.1 I’ve checked the internet connectivity to good ans have been trying to sync for more than 5 days to no avail. Please help

Sorry to hear you’re facing an issue. I’m guessing the sync is in the Android Capture app. When you try to sync, do you see an error? Could you get a screenshot and copy/paste the error text that appears?
