Version 2.11 can't get datamart to start

Hi all,

I’ve just loaded version 2.11 – I like some of the new features, but I can’t seem to get the datamart process to start. I ran resource tables and have scheduled the daily process to the level I want. But from within the Reports menu when I try to run for the last year I see a progress bar start on the screen, but nothing happens. There are no messages in the log file either. Doesn’t seem to matter if I schedule only datamart or datamart with the analytics.

Any advice?

Hi Randy,

hard to say, works well with the databases I have tested on. Can you please use Chrome, hit F12, then go to Console and see if there are any error messages there?

Any chance you can give me access to your test system?
