Hi Everyone
Been running reports but each time the value in the report doubles the value in the data entry.
Have checked the analytics tables generated during the analytics process and the value matches the data entry values but when i run the dataset report the value doubles.
Is there a reason why the pivot and data set report are doubling the values

we need more info to help you. Which version / build are you running? Are you using data approval / hide unapproved data in analytics?
Can you privately share a login to your system? Can you provide some screenshots which illustrate the problem?

Thanks for the reply. Am running on version 2.20 build 20029. There is no data approval.

Hi @Lars and @Gichangi was this issue ever resolved and what was the problem, very interested coz am running into the same exact issue on my version 2.33.2
