Validations and skips on event forms not working on version 2.33.1

Hi there, we upgraded from 2.30 to 2.33.1 however the program rules to validate, skip …questions on the event forms are not working as they used to on the previous version. Is this known issue with a fix, please?

Could you provide us with some examples of program rules/program rule actions/expressions that do not work as expected?
