i want to add validation rule to an event program, so far i have created validation rule to that event program data elements but the validation rule is not being applied i have set the validation strategy to “on update and insert”, when i enter data and save the validation rule is not being applied whats the problem ???
Just to be clear are you talking about Validation Rules or Program Rules? Validation Rules are primary I believe for Data Entry and aggregate Data Sets, not event programs.
Assuming you’re talking about Program Rules, does your Program Rule Condition come up as valid (green box below the condition) and do you have a program rule action created to run when that condition is met? Have any screenshots to show?
