Validation Exception in Data Entry

Hi everyone!

  There is an error occurred "Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page." while entering the data in form. What should i need to do to fix this bug?

Hi Rabia,

You should 1) Tell us which version you are using 2) Tell us what you were doing 3) Send us the server log. Please read this:

Hi,

I'm using version 2.27 of DHIS2 locally on my laptop having connectivity with postgres. and I've created a custom Data entry for Malaria. previously it was working properly as I've entered the data and it successfully saved in db also. But now its not working don't know the reason. when i entered data previously all data field changes its color to green and now it changes only to orange color and when i click on "complete" or "run validation" button it gives the error which I've mentioned before i.e "Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page."
