Using ( or Looking for a Data value xml or CSV Import builder

Hi Community,

I’m working on export/import data value from one DHIS2 instance to another. I’m looking for an exel builder or another tool that can help me just pasting uid and value, then the tool can generate a xml content or tags that I can concatenate to build an data importing xml file.
